Kimoha Entrepreneurs FZCO welcomed the first Israeli exports shipment to Dubai, which was travelled through Ashdod and Jabal ali ports.
The welcoming ceremony taken place on 19th Nov 2020 @ 12.00 Pm onwards, the container was welcomed by weaving UAE, Israel & Kimoha flags, where guests from DP world, Dubai Customs, Emirates NBD, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Shipping partner Mediterranean Shipping Company and Kimoha family members has been participated in the event.
All guests were given red carpet welcome, the program begun with welcome note, followed by a brief speech by Mr Abdulla Bin Damithan, where he appreciated Kimoha, and strategic decision of both the countries, the UAE and Israel.
Ribbon was untied by chief guest Mr Abdulla Bin Damithan, Chief Commercial Officer, DP World along with Mr Vinesh K Bhimani, Managing Director, Kimoha, Mr Nirosha Lokuge, Head of Assets & Trade, Business Banking & Priority Banking, Emirates NBD along with Mr Sumanta Banerjee, Chief Finance Officer, Kimoha, and Nigel Fernando, Managing Director, Mediterranean Shipping Company along with Mr Thomas Mathew, General Manager, Kimoha.
The coconut breaking holds a lot of importance in Indian tradition, hence the coconut breaking ceremony was performed by Mr Rajesh K Bhimani. Then the first loads of the raw materials was unloaded from the truck the material was handed over to Mr Vinesh K Bhimani and Mr Rajesh K Bhimani by the Guests Mr Abdullah Bin Damithan, DP World and Edris Ahmed Behzad, Director Client Happiness Department, Dubai Customs.
Furthermore, Mr Abdullah Bin Damithan honored Mr Vinesh K Bhimani with a memento as a token of appreciation.
The unloaded materials were performed quality check and production began on the press.
Finally, the program was completed with vote of thanks by Mr Ramakrishna Karanth, Chief Operating Officer, Kimoha.
